The second floor has 3 bedrooms: the main bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms with 2 single beds each, plus 2 full bathrooms and a gymnasium.
On the 3rd floor there is a leisure area with TV, sofas, a children’s corner and another terrace with spectacular views.

The garden has a large table for 8 people and is partially covered, ideal for any weather. Next to it is the large, fully equipped kitchen with a bar and two chairs. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and a cot, another one with 2 single beds and access to the balcony, and a third one with a trundle bed. It also has 2 complete bathrooms with shower and a small gymnasium.
The top floor is a themed leisure area inspired by the Basque coast, with a boat for children to play on and a relaxation area with television and cushions. From here there is access to a terrace with views of the sea, the mountains and the city, perfect for enjoying the evenings with its warm lighting.
Located in a quiet neighbourhood, the villa is close to supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and a safe children’s playground. You don’t need public transport to get around Zarautz, but if you wish to visit nearby towns such as Zumaia, Getaria or Orio, we will provide you with a map and transport timetables.
